Our Managing Partners
Allan Jenkins | Founder & Managing Partner
Allan Jenkins is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Leading Edge Capital LLC, a multifamily real estate investment firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
He has been in the real estate arena for over 14 years, primarily in single-family, he later saw the transition to multifamily investments being the way of the future for him and his family.
Allan has a studied accounting at Everest Institute before transferring to Point Park University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
He spent over 20 years in the Automotive Retail space as a Regional Vice-President before buying his own Automotive Retail Company. After selling the business he transitioned to multifamily real estate full-time. With more and more of the younger population not being able to purchase until later in life, multifamily real estate will serve as a larger need in the years to come. Creating an alternative to not being able to make the first home purchase, multifamily real estate will be one of the essential investing blocks for years to come.
Allan has displayed superior skill in analyzing business operations and improving their bottom line through higher margins and reducing unnecessary expense. He is also strong in building out strategic business partnerships to deliver products with high yields and returns at lower costs.
He is a staple in his local community and a member of many organizations, including, Chairman of the Board at his church and his local rotary club.
Diana Jenkins | Founder & Managing Partner
Diana Jenkins is one of the Founders and Managing Partners with Leading Edge Capital LLC, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
Diana has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Washington. She has an affinity for underwriting multifamily properties and finding great opportunities. She has experience with investments, business management, and analyzing a profit and loss statement.
Diana was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has been married to her husband for thirty years. She has two adult children and is active in the community. She is a member of the rotary and serves at her local church.
